International Conference and Summer School

Hosted by the University of Bremen in the immediate vicinity of the Hanseatic city of Bremen, Germany. The educational programme of HCC 2016 included lectures, keynotes, and tutorials delivered by an internationally distinguished faculty. The school also featured a Young Researchers Forum for participating research students.

Push Conference 2016

Project Presentation

The PUSH conference is an annual conference, focusing on the latest in the world of user experience. The event displays the compelling interactive experiences in the shape of products, apps, websites and installations, inspired by user needs and enabled by creative use of technology and critical thinking​. We had the pleasure of participating this year in the 2016 version of the event, displaying an immersive experience and providing a demo for participation and engagement of the public.

HCC Lab Students Day 2016

Taking place at the University of Bremen, the student day 2016, was a showcase of multiple projects coming from students participating in different courses and seminars, coming from the Human Centered Cognitive Assitance lab. Students were given a chance to present their semester projects, followed by a discussion. The talks addresed a wide range of topics in the domain of cognitive sciences. (WiSe 2015-16)

A research-based interdisciplinary course focussing on cognitive film studies at the interface of visual perception, digital media, and HCI. The course approached the domain of moving image from a linguistic and cognitive direction. The projects presented in the final colloquium traversed in a wide range of creative topics in the moving image and digital narration domain.
